Amazing product and customer service. I got my Sound Nest in January 2021. Excellent communication as there was a delay due to Brexit but I was happy to wait for my drum. I love my Sound Nest and am hoping to purchase another. Unique instrument made with love and care. Highly recommended.

Four months of waiting, a couple of mails and messages through FB etc. and still nothing. That guys definitely do not want to send me my order.Taking into consideration the previous reviews, I strongly recommend NOT to buy anything from those guys.

Ordered it, it did arrive in around 3 weeks due to larger order being dispatched but I was aware of it as there was a notice in website! Quality of product is amazing! I love that you can Tune it! Will recommend to others! Thank you Braliukas!

Labai apmaudu, kad nepaskaičiau atsiliepimo apie negautą prekę prieš užsakant. Kaip matau jau ne pirmas kartas. Anksčiau buvau pirkusi ir buvo viskas gerai. Bet esu šokiruota, kaip galima meluoti jog turi ir žadėti atsiųsti ir paskui net neatsakinėti į žinutes. Būkite atsargūs!

Im so sorry to writing this review but I feel that it is necessery. There should be balance between to give and to be given. Ive ordered via eshop a small pocket gong for 30€ in the middle of April and still have nothing. Ive tried to contact the owner first through etsy and he answered me Im gonna havr my package in 2weeks. I wanted it to be a birthday gift for 30.May. Nothing happened since that. Ive tried to sent messages in etsy, emails and whatsapp mes. The only answer Ive got is silence. I considere this very unprofesional. I understand something could happened but I expect somebody to let me know about it. So this is my experience with this shop.
