The delivery was supposed to come within 10 days. On day 11 I reached out to ask about the pot I’ve ordered and they emailed me that their supplier sent out the wrong model, so it will be a longer wait. Another 10 days later I received the package with the wrong model anyway. As I wrote them an email, asking how to return the wrong model and when am I supposed to expect to receive the right one, they replied that the supplier changed the model completely and that the one I’ve ordered is no longer produced and that if I am not satisfied with the one I received I should return it.I find this outrageous that I have been deceived, not informed about anything at all without inquiring myself, forced to wait for unreasonable amount of time; and all in attempt to push a product (a pot) not even close to what I’ve ordered and probably way cheaper. I’ve ordered 6,2 l 20,5cm high soup pot; received with no warning a pot of 5.5l 19cm high and was even asked if I’m not satisfied after waiting for 3 weeks for a 10 day delivery of a completely different product. Don’t trust this company!!!
